Resolved: The United States federal government should establish national health insurance in the United States.

Evidence Restrictions & Argument Limits

To support learning and create a more accessible competitive environment, NUDL will gradually release evidence and arguments throughout the season. Novice divisions will begin with a limited set of arguments so students can focus on mastering debate fundamentals before tackling more advanced positions. Varsity will also begin the season with a limited packet to help students transitioning from Novice build confidence. Following Tournament 2, these restrictions will be lifted for Varsity, and Varsity debaters will have access to the full range of arguments and evidence.
